Fidan is so lovely and polite! I had a bleach/colour, cut and style. Fidan communicated with me throughout the whole process, kept me updated. Even though my hair was being difficult, Fidan tried her hardest to meet my needs, I love my hair, will definitely be going back. Thank you!
